Who is this program for?

As we get older, we start to experience changes in our bodies that can profoundly affect our health and wellbeing. What used to work well in our 20s and early 30s is no longer working for us. Your metabolism might slow, impacting your body composition and energy levels. There might be a loss of muscle tone or bone density, affecting balance, mobility and power. Perhaps you’re noticing issues with your sleep? Or maybe you’re starting to feel you don’t even recognise the person in the mirror any more.

How it Works

I utilise the information you provide about your goals, exercise history, current fitness levels and personal logistics (such as gym access and home fitness equipment) to create your personalised program.

The 1:1 Online Strength Training Program is a bespoke 12-week program designed exclusively for you, from scratch.

I create a personalised 12-week strength program with instructional videos and written guidelines and upload them to the QuickCoach app.

Using the dedicated app, you can access your program anywhere, anytime, watch instructional videos, view your program, receive technique tips, and share your results with me by the click of a button.

Right from the start, you have access to text and email support with me, technique video feedback and monthly check-in calls. Together, we track your development, refine your technique, and adjust the program as necessary to support your goals.

  • My online service is a comprehensive strength coaching approach that draws on my fifteen years of experience as a yoga teacher, seven years of strength training and ongoing professional development with the very best in the business.

    I design an individualised program that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body in a sustainable and healthy fashion.

    Your bespoke program will be custom-designed based on the information you provide about your exercise history, current fitness levels, personal logistics (eg. gym access, home fitness equipment etc).

    Remember that whilst there are some great general governing principles about exercise and strength coaching, my tailored approach integrates your specific circumstances, abilities and resources to give you the confidence that your program is going to work for you.

    Every effort you take from here on is contributing to your success.

  • Definitely not. Unlike some other online fitness programs, my service provides an individual program built for you from scratch. Your workout program is personalised and created for you, based on the information you share during the comprehensive onboarding process.

    This is all about you and your desired results.

  • I pride myself on the level of support and availability I offer my clients, your program will begin with a comprehensive onboarding call with me where we’ll discuss the program and expectations from it.

    As soon as the program starts you’ll have email and text support with myself, weekly technique video feedback, and each month we’ll schedule a check-in call to discuss what has been achieved and what we need to work on, providing a very high level of accountability throughout your coaching program.

  • I offer 12 week training packages. You can either pay in full or in monthly instalments, depending on which package you use.

    Payment is required prior to the start of each program.

  • A short video will be attached to the exercises in your program to allow you to watch the movement and listen to any verbal instructions given.

  • No! As I create a new program for every client, I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you.

    Where you do not have gym access and are in need of some equipment to achieve your goal, I will make those recommendations.

  • No, you don’t. You’ll receive an email with a link to your program and plan - no usernames or password to remember. The first time you open the link, you’ll see a prompt to download my app. Then we can get started.

  • Yes, details of the cancellation policy and other important information will be sent to you in the Membership Agreement once you have made the decision to work with me.

  • If you’re going to be away for two weeks or more, you must give at least two weeks’ notice (emergencies excepted) and your coaching will be put on hold. At the end of your package, we will simply credit that time back.

    A maximum of one 2-week period for every 12 weeks of training can be credited back.
