Personalised One-on-One Programs with Anita

All sessions are private 1:1 sessions, meaning you’ll get my full attention and support throughout your journey.

I tailor the coaching program to your individual body and goals, and to adjust the program as needed based on your progress and feedback.

Private sessions also give you more privacy, flexibility, and convenience, as you don’t have to worry about comparing yourself to others or scheduling around a group class.

Online Programs with Full Guidance & Support

I run all sessions online, so you can experience them in the comfort of your home environment. This allows me to be able to coach you, no matter where you are in the world. Sessions are then more flexible and convenient, without worrying about commuting, parking, or crowds.

I use a variety of online platforms and tools to ensure your online training is as interactive, effective, and enjoyable as possible.

I am a certified Iyenger yoga teacher, Women’s Training Specialist and Personal Trainer who specialises in strength training for women over 35. I have been teaching yoga since 2009, strength training since 2018 and strength coaching since 2022. I’m very proud of how many people I have helped to achieve their goals and transform their lives through strength training and a yoga practice.

My approach is compassionate, empowering and evidence-based. I am committed to helping you feel stronger, healthier and happier in your body and mind.
