Who is this program for?

Most group yoga classes offer a generalised sequence of yoga that most people can do. It can feel daunting when you’re trying to learn the basics, or trying to modify poses to accommodate a particular injury or condition.

For intermediate or advanced students, you may not have the opportunity to refine and deepen your practice within a group setting.

My 1:1 online yoga classes help you create a yoga practice that’s uniquely your own, tailored to your body’s needs and your personal goals.

Our online sessions ensure that you progress in the safest and most efficient way, while honouring your body’s journey.

They provide the time, space and privacy to share any concerns or interests you’d like to explore. They also allow me the opportunity to look more closely at how you’re developing with your yoga practice, helping to bring greater alignment and ease to your body.

Each class can be adjusted to suit your lifestyle, environment and availability, allowing you to develop a practice that truly supports you.

What to expect

Each class is recorded and emailed to you immediately after our session, allowing you to access the recording for 7 days via zoom so you can practice when it suits you.

Our initial class is a 75 minute yoga session which includes a mini consultation. We’ll chat about your needs, goals and any concerns you might have. You’ll also become familiar with my style of teaching, what to expect in a class and how we might work together in the future.

There is no obligation for you to commit to further sessions.
